2. PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations applicable to the sale of handmade products (macramé jewelry) between Enfant Sauvage and any person (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) making a purchase through the website www.enfantsauvagecreation.com.
 

3. PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
As each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur between two similar models. These differences are part of the uniqueness of handcrafted work and cannot be considered defects.
 

4. PRICES
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French CGI).
Shipping costs are specified before order validation and added to the total amount.
Enfant Sauvage reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.
 

5. ORDERS
An order is confirmed once full payment has been received.
Enfant Sauvage reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including prior disputes with the Client or suspected fraud.
 

6. PAYMENT
Payments are made online by credit card, PayPal, or any other secure payment method offered on the website.
Payment details are never stored by Enfant Sauvage.
 

7. DELIVERY
Orders are shipped within 7 to 10 business days (excluding pre-orders or special periods).
Deliveries are handled by La Poste, with a tracking number.
Worldwide shipping is available.
Enfant Sauvage cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.
 

8. WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Client has 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.

Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order items (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). No refund or exchange will be made for this type of order.

Return conditions for other orders:

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and in its packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client.

• Initial shipping costs (paid at the time of order) are non-refundable.

• For orders with free shipping, a flat fee of €5 will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping costs.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
   

9. WARRANTIES
In accordance with French law, products benefit from:

• the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code),

• the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

Enfant Sauvage commits to exchange or refund any product found to be defective upon delivery.
 

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the website (photos, texts, creations, visuals, etc.) are the exclusive property of Enfant Sauvage.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
 

11. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected when placing an order is used solely for the management of purchases and shipments.
This data will never be sold or transferred to third parties.
The Client may at any time request access, modification, or deletion of their data by contacting enfant.sauvage.creation@gmail.com.

12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
